Grant Reporting Requirements
Arkay Foundation maintains a continuing interest in the projects
it funds. As a condition of a grant award, we require that the grantee submit to the foundation a report summarizing the status
of the project and a financial statement accounting for the use of the grant fund.
A final report is required approximately
one year from the grant award date, unless otherwise stated in the grant agreement.
